Meetings will be held three times a year. While most meetings will be held at the Federal Reserve Bank, reasonable efforts will be made to hold at least one meeting annually out in a District area site. Agendas will be developed jointly by the Council members and Reserve Bank staff.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston's New England Community Development Advisory Council (CDAC), in partnership with Newport City Renaissance, cordially invites you to the New England Community Development Advisory Council's Strengthening New England's Rural Economies 2013 Regional Convening.

The 2013 Regional Convening brings together Federal Reserve Bank of Boston Senior Leadership, Community Development Advisory Council members from across New England, Newport City Renaissance Staff and members of Vermont's state government and community development sectors to discuss the implications of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program as a tool for New England's rural communities and their respective economic development efforts.

Strengthening New England's Rural Economies is intended to be interactive and thought-provoking.
