Keenen Grooms serves as a Senior Community Development Analyst for the Boston Fed’s Regional & Community Outreach team. In this role, he supports a portfolio of initiatives with a focus on child care and reducing the racial wealth gap throughout New England.

Keenen came to the Boston Fed from the Office of the Massachusetts State Treasurer and Receiver General, where he led the outreach efforts for the Commonwealth's statewide college savings account program and the Small Business Banking Partnership. Keenen earned his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from Villanova University.
