Advancing Goals, Transforming Communities: Working Cities Challenge Progress Report

Our Goal  Advancing & Supporting

The Working Cities Challenge is an initiative led by the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston with a twofold goal: to advance collaborative leadership in Massachusetts smaller cities and to support ambitious work to improve the lives of low-income people in those cities.

What's New

We have posted a call for Expressions of Interest by city teams in the second round of the Working Cities Challenge in Massachusetts. Curious as to the progress made by the city teams from the first round? Read our progress report from June. We are also actively exploring ways to bring the Working Cities Challenge to other states in New England. More information on that effort is forthcoming.
