Service to the Community

At the Boston Fed, public service is something we take seriously – both in the work we do, and in our efforts to give back by volunteering in our local communities.

The Bank's Volunteer Time Policy promotes a variety of volunteer opportunities designed to connect employees with their colleagues, the community, and the overarching Bank mission. The Boston Fed has lasting relationships with a number of nonprofit, mission-driven organizations in the communities where our employees live and work. Through these partnerships, employees may take part in a range of sponsored activities to make a positive impact on the First District.
