Porcena highlighted many of the issues affecting lower income communities, including good quality jobs and access to credit, among other concerns.

Vanessa Calderón-Rosado of Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción, former Vermont State Representative Kesha Ram, Tia Murphy of AARP of Connecticut, and Glynn Lloyd of the Business Equity Division at Eastern Bank provided input on how the Fed’s policymaking impacts interest rates, job markets, and prices that their constituencies see every day.
