Biography
Eileen Cleary is an assistant vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and governance lead for the project management office for the FedNowSM initiative. In this role, Eileen is responsible for ensuring effective and timely assessment, integration, recording, and communication of program changes for the Project Performance Team. Most recently, Eileen worked on FedNow through the System Leadership Exchange.
Prior to joining the Boston Fed, Eileen worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in program management capacities, most recently directing program management for the many credit and liquidity facilities established and administered by the New York Fed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 2016, Eileen worked for many years in the financial services industry.
