Biography
Elinor Kiselyov is a vice president in the Large Institution Supervision Coordinating (LISSC) function within the Supervision, Regulation and Credit (SRC) department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. In this role, Elinor is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to several teams that focus on supervisory activities related to capital risk management, pre-provision net revenues, interest rate risk, securities, and risk-weighted assets. She is part of the LISCC Capital Program’s senior leadership team where she has led and integrated several teams and been instrumental in forming them into a cohesive, high-performing units.
Elinor joined the Bank’s SRC department in 2014 after 10 years of industry and management experience in the private sector, most recently with Ernst & Young.
Elinor is a graduate of Virginia Tech and received her M.B.A. from European University.
