Biography
Jennifer Dalessio is a vice president in the People & Culture department (formerly known as Human Resources). In her role, Jennifer directs and oversees the Bank’s strategy to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. She works closely with the People & Culture management team to develop best practices and policies for the Bank and serves on the Bank’s Management Council to help address operational and policy matters. She also collaborates with People & Culture and Human Resources leaders across the Federal Reserve System to ensure coordination and support of System HR programs and cross-district policies.
Jennifer joined the Bank in 2025 with 25 years of experience in human resources. Most recently, Jennifer served as an associate vice president and human resources business partner at CVS Health in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, where she led a team responsible for more than 15,000 U.S. employees. In this role, she led efforts to improve employee development and retention, helped install various organizational change processes, and partnered with senior executives on human resources matters.
Jennifer earned a bachelor’s in finance from Bryant University and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She holds various human resources-related certifications and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional.
