Biography
Joseph Lynch is a vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where he leads the Main Street Lending Program. The program has supported lending to small and medium-sized businesses and nonprofits during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Joe is a member of the Bank’s Management Council and the Executive Oversight Committee. He also serves as co-chair of the Operations and Technology Subcommittee.
Joe joined the Boston Fed in 2020. He previously worked in corporate treasury, managing cash, capital, credit, and financial infrastructure. Joe also has experience in reporting activities across multiple industries, including the investment sector.
Joe received a bachelor’s in finance from Bentley University and an MBA from Babson College.
