
Biography
Patricia Valley is an assistant vice president within the Supervision, Regulation and Credit (SRC) department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. In this role, Patricia provides strategic direction to the Reserves, Credit Risk Management, and Applications unit (RCA). She is accountable for the policy and applications functions for RCA, and engages with internal and external stakeholders on CRM and Applications matters. Patricia also represents the Bank on Federal Reserve System initiatives.
Patricia joined the Bank in 2014 and has broad experience in leading and executing firm-specific and horizontal supervisory examinations and played key roles in policy efforts. Prior to joining the Bank, Patricia worked for Manulife Financial in Boston where she held various traditional and non-traditional actuarial roles.
Patricia holds a bachelor’s from Bentley University. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
