Biography
Rhonda Kelley is vice president and administrative officer in the supervision, regulation & credit (SRC) department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Rhonda leads the SRC partners unit which provides budget and finance, information management, quality management, learning and development, communications, and administrative support to the SRC department. She also serves as vice chair of the Bank’s Management Council and a member of the Enterprise Space Management Oversight Committee and the Risk Management Advisory Group.
Prior to this role, she led the large bank operations team responsible for providing strategic planning, resource management, budgeting, and communications support. Rhonda has contributed to a number of System and department high-priority initiatives, including the development of the large institution supervision coordinating committee (LISCC) operating manual and the examiner commissioning program.
Rhonda joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in 1994 and transferred to the Boston Fed in 1998. Rhonda has held a variety of positions within SRC, first as a field examiner leading examinations of banks in New England, and then as a manager directing the supervisory programs for community, regional, and large banking organizations.
Rhonda holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Cleveland State University. She is a past participant in the Women’s Executive Program at Bentley University.
